How long will it take for the project to be completed?

Websites with simple functionality usually take less time to deliver compared to eCommerce websites. With our proposal, we provide you with an exact delivery timetable. It generally takes around one week to build a website that has fewer than ten pages. E-commerce websites typically take about two weeks to build.

How will the deliverables be delivered?

You will receive a zip file containing your custom-built theme or, in some cases, a zip file containing the theme, plugins, and database files, when any custom functionality is involved. We can deploy the code on your behalf to your client’s server, if you wish.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept HTML templates. We ask you to send all the files separately.

During the HTML to WordPress conversion service, can you make changes?

The conversion shown here applies to the default service. It is certainly possible for us to make changes according to your needs when converting HTML to WordPress, but it would attract additional billing, and that would depend on what changes you want.

Would you be able to assist with the installation?

Every website project comes with a 30-day support period from the date of final approval. Any bugs or issues that come up in the website that was part of your original project scope (but were somehow missed during your project review) will be fixed at no additional charge. What are the terms of payment?

Before the project begins, all projects under $500 are paid in full upfront.

We split the payment into three milestones for projects over $500:

  • The first milestone is the upfront payment of 40% of the total cost (before we begin the work).
  • Phase 2: You pay 40% of the total cost after we finish development and testing on our end. The project includes conversion of designs, building functionalities, and doing integrations (if any). After development is complete, we will share a link to the demo site with you.
  • -After milestone 2 has been released, we will await your feedback and approval on the website. For your approval, we update the code on the demo site if any revisions need to be made. When you approve the website and are happy with it, you release this milestone.

As soon as we receive the final payment in Milestone 3, we send the files to you or if you prefer, deploy the code directly to your production server.
